If Surnames were not included I google lists of the top surnames for the culture and included them in the generator.

It does not include every human culture at the moment, but a good majority of them. With some inspiration from other random generators I have found online here I put together this Random Name and NPC generator using lists from XGtE. I really wanted easy access to using those massive lists. But when XGtE came out the one thing that I found amazing and frustrating as a GM was the massive list of names presented in the back of the book.
